This website is operated by Rellan, a website design and development business based in Missouri, USA ("Rellan," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Information on this site

The content on this site is general information about Rellan and our services. Prices shown are typical starting ranges, not offers or quotes, and package descriptions are summaries. The price and scope for any project are set in a written quote after we understand what you need. Any package suggestion shown after you submit the inquiry form is preliminary guidance based on your answers, not a quote. We may update the site, our services, and our prices at any time.

Concept designs

The example websites shown on this site are concepts created by Rellan to demonstrate our work. The businesses, names, addresses, phone numbers, prices, and other details in them are fictional. They are not client projects, and any resemblance to a real business is unintentional.

Inquiries don't create a contract

Sending an inquiry through the form or by email doesn't create an agreement or obligation for you or for us. It just starts a conversation.

Projects and Rellan Care

If we work together, the details of that work, including scope, price, payment, timelines, ownership, and the terms of any Rellan Care plan, will be set out in a separate written agreement or quote that you approve. If anything on this website conflicts with that agreement, the agreement controls. Descriptions of services and Rellan Care on this site are summaries.

Use of the site

Please use the site and the inquiry form for their intended purpose. Don't send spam, harmful code, or unlawful content, don't try to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site, and don't use automated tools to submit the form.

Our content

The text, design, concept websites, logo, and other content on this site belong to Rellan or are used with permission. The site's typeface, Inter, is used under the SIL Open Font License. Please don't copy or reuse our content without permission, apart from normal sharing of links to the site.

Links and outside services

Email links on this site open your own email app. We aren't responsible for third-party websites or services you choose to use.

No warranties

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it's provided "as is." We don't promise that it will always be available, error-free, or up to date.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Rellan isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can't be limited by law.
