Two projects in the same package can differ a lot. A three-page site with ready content takes less time than one that needs page planning and a booking link. The range lets us price your project fairly once we understand it.

The Essential Website includes 2 rounds of revisions, the Business Website 3, and the Advanced Website 3 at each milestone. A round is one consolidated set of feedback, which we then work through.

That’s normal. We’ll quote anything outside the agreed scope before starting it, so nothing is billed unexpectedly.

Yes. Hosting is part of Rellan Care, and your first month is included with every website. After that, you can continue with a care plan or host the site elsewhere.

You’ll need a domain name (like yourbusiness.com), which is a small yearly fee paid to a domain registrar. If you don’t have one yet, we’ll help you choose and set it up.

Not at all. In most cases you keep the domain you already own, and we connect it. If you already have hosting, we’ll talk through whether to keep it or have Rellan host the site.

Ownership of your website, domain, and content is spelled out in writing in your project agreement, and we’ll walk you through it in plain language before you sign anything. If ownership matters to you, and it should, bring it up in our first conversation.

No. It’s optional. Because hosting is part of Rellan Care, if you don’t continue your site will need hosting elsewhere, and we’ll help you plan that move.
