Every project follows the same six steps, so you always know what’s happening, what we need from you, and what comes next. Nothing is built until you’ve approved a written plan and quote.

  2. Planning and recommendations

    We recommend the right package or approach, outline the pages and features, and send a written quote.

    Feedback on the plan, and any must-haves we missed.

    What you get

    A written scope, price, and next steps. Work only starts once you approve them.

  3. Design and development

    We design the site around your brand and content, then build it to work well on every screen size.

    What we’ll need from you

    Your logo, text, photos, and access to any accounts we need to connect.

    What you get

    Progress updates and a private preview link.

  4. Review and revisions

    You review the site and send consolidated feedback. We make changes in the rounds included in your package and test across devices and browsers.

    What you get

    A tested site that’s ready to launch.

  5. Launch and handover

    We connect your domain, set up HTTPS, run final checks, and launch. Then we walk you through your new site.

    What we’ll need from you

    Access to your domain registrar.

    What you get

    A live website, a walkthrough, and your first month of Rellan Care.

  6. Ongoing support (optional)

    After your included first month, continue with a Rellan Care plan for hosting, updates, fixes, and small changes, or take the site over yourself. Larger changes are quoted when you need them.

    A decision on whether a care plan makes sense for you. There’s no obligation.

    What you get

    Someone who already knows your site, for as long as you want the help.

Timelines depend on scope and how quickly content and feedback come together. You’ll get a realistic timeline with your quote, before anything starts.
