Hosting
Included for your first month through Rellan Care. After that, it’s part of an optional care plan from $79/month, or you can host the site elsewhere.
Domain name
Not included. It’s a small yearly fee paid to a domain registrar. We’ll connect it for you.
Copywriting
You provide the text, and we organize it and lightly edit it for the web. Full copywriting can be quoted separately.
Photography
Not included. We’ll use your photos or help you choose suitable stock images. Any paid image licenses are passed on at cost.
Third-party services
Not included. Store platforms, booking tools, email marketing, and payment processing charge their own fees. We’ll list any in your quote.
Ongoing maintenance
Your first month is included. After that, Rellan Care is optional.
Marketing strategy
Not included in website packages. Digital marketing strategy and ongoing marketing support can be discussed separately and quoted according to your goals and project scope.
Revisions and changes
What a revision round is
One consolidated set of feedback on the design or the built site, which we then work through. Collecting feedback into rounds keeps projects moving and costs predictable.
Changes outside the scope
Ideas often come up mid-project, and that’s fine. Anything beyond the agreed scope is quoted before we start it, so nothing is billed unexpectedly.

How Rellan Care works

Your first month of care starts at launch. Before it ends, we’ll check in and you decide whether to continue. There’s no obligation to keep a plan.
If you don’t continue
Hosting is part of Rellan Care, so your site will need a new home. We’ll talk through your options and help plan the move before anything changes.
How support works
Email gage@rellanweb.com with what you need. Edit time is counted in 15-minute blocks, and unused time doesn’t roll over to the next month.
What’s not covered
New pages, redesigns, new features, marketing work, and anything beyond your monthly edit time are quoted separately. Domain and third-party fees are separate. Monitoring means we’re alerted and respond; it isn’t a guarantee of uptime or response time.
